Update your personal information by choosing personal information from the profile menu.

You can edit your preferred name and gender identity at any time.

Other information like email address can be updated through your Alberta.ca account.

Password reset

You can recover a lost or forgotten password using Find my account.

Verification

A verified account lets you see the most up to date information and helps you access the services you need.

Confirm that your account is verified by choosing verify your account from the profile menu.

You will need to re-verify your account if your personal information, like your legal name or address, changes.
