What does active living mean to you?

Active living is finding ways to be active every day. Active living isn’t something that you do once in a while. Though you may have times in your life where you’re more active than others, active living is fitting activity into your day. Active living is the foundation or base of your lifestyle.

Active living is part of your everyday life. It includes the things you do at home, at work, and how you get around. Increasing your active living means finding more active ways of doing the things you already do.
