MyHealth Records Digital Assistant is an automated Chatbot available to answer your questions. It can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of the MyHealth Records home page. It is available on desktop web application browsers.
Click or tap the Chatbot to begin.
You can select options from the main menu or type in a word or question.
If your question has not been answered, type ‘help’ for a list of our help center contacts.
