Your MyAlberta Digital ID has a feature called "Identity Verification". When you verify your digital identity, you are proving that you are who you say you are. This important step keeps your health information private and secure. Only Alberta residents can verify their Digital ID.

Make sure to verify your MyAlberta Digital ID within 30 days of your sign up to continue getting up-to-date Alberta lab results, medication, and immunization information in MyHealth Records. This is the final step of the identity verification process.

​You can delete any information you've entered into your health record. You can also close your MyHealth Records account at any time.

If you want to delete records:
1) choose the record you want to delete
2) click Tools and Settings
3) click Profile
4) click Delete this record
