Parents and guardians can use this tool to check the COVID-19 test results for children under 18 years of age.

Parents and guardians can check results for their child’s most recent COVID-19 test result from the last 30 days. They need:

  • Their child’s Alberta Personal Health Number (from the Alberta Personal Health card); and
  • The date of the child’s most recent COVID-19 swab test from the last 30 days. (So, if the child had 2 COVID-19 swab tests within the last 30 days, then the parent should use the lookup tool to obtain results from the most recent test).

There are a few different results that parents see in the tool:

  • Positive
  • Negative
  • Not Ready
  • Test Result Not Found
  • Indeterminate
  • Invalid

When users get their test result, they can download and print or save a PDF version of the report.
