Using MyHealth Records
Journal Entries

The Food Journal keeps track of what you eat and drink each day. You can add an entry by clicking on the “red button” to add the type of meal, serving size, calories, nutritional information and any other important notes.

To edit or delete the information you’ve entered, click on the entry. Next, click the blue "Edit" button to make your changes. Click "Save" to keep your updates.


The Exercise Journal keeps track of your physical activity and how hard your body is working when you exercise. An explanation of intensity on the page helps you decide how hard your exercise was. You can add an entry by clicking on the “red button” to add an exercise session and any other important notes.

To edit or delete the information you have entered, click on the entry.


Your Journal Notes let you keep track of your health and wellness. You can upload and attach files to go with your notes. You can add an entry by clicking on the “red button" .

To edit or delete the information you entered, click on the entry. To attach a file, click "Choose file" to upload a file to your Journal Notes.


The Height, Weight & BMI Journal allows you to track your height, weight and calculate your body mass index (BMI). Enter your height and weight on a specific date. Your height and weight will show on the graphs below the table. You can change the unit of measurement and target weight range in the Settings and Preferences tool in Tools and Settings. You can add an entry by clicking the “red button”.

Click on an entry to edit or delete it.


The Mood Journal helps you track and understand when your moods changes and what may be the cause of the changes. You can add an entry by clicking the “red button” to track your mood through stress signals for each day of the week.

Select the three dots to open a quick menu where you can delete or edit an entry. Click on the “+ Add new” to add an entry.

Stress signals include:

  • I feel tired
  • I don't sleep well
  • I’m not hungry
  • I ate too much
  • I feel sad or depressed
  • I feel like things are just too much
  • I have trouble paying attention
  • I feel nervous or anxious
  • I feel angry or irritated
  • I get headaches and/or colds

The Sleep Journal helps you track your sleep, when you go to bed, when you wake up, and how well you sleep. You can track the amount of sleep you get each night and keep notes about what helps you fall asleep or what stops you from a good night's sleep.

You can add an entry by clicking the “red button” to add a sleep session or any other important notes.

Click on an entry to edit or delete it.
