Using MyHealth Records
Getting information into your MyHealth Records

Click “Add New Item” to add information to any tool in MyHealth Records.

Click "Save" to save your information.

Fields that have to be filled in before you can save your information are marked with "*".

​Click on the top of a column heading to sort your results. This lets you see your information in a different order such as by date, result, or other type of information.
