Managing your MyHealth Records Account
Closing Your Account

If you delete your MyHealth Records account you will lose access to any health record information you've stored. You can save a copy of your information by creating and downloading a PDF report.

To create a PDF report:

  1. Choose the health record that you want for the report (if you have access to more than 1 health record)
  2. Click Tools & Settings
  3. Click Profile
  4. Click Print Reports
  5. Check the boxes next to the information you want to include and choose the format and date range
  6. Click Print Report

You may close your MyHealth Records account at any time.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Create a PDF report of your health information
    • Choose the health record that you want for the report
    • Click Tools & Settings
    • Click Profile
    • Click Print Reports
    • Check the boxes to select what information to include and choose the format and date range
    • Click Print Report
  2. Click Close your record
  3. Click Close your account
