Add personal notes to your health record, so you can track symptoms, questions, or updates over time.

Body dimensions

The Body Dimensions Journal lets you track your height, weight, and body mass index (BMI) over time.

You can update your unit of measurement or target weight range anytime in Settings and Preferences under Tools and Settings.

Exercise

Use the Exercise Journal tracks your physical activity and how hard your body is working during exercise.

An intensity guide is available to help tell how hard you worked out.

Food journal

Use the Food Journal to track what you eat and drink each day. You can add information including meal type, serving size, calories, nutritional information, and other notes.

Sleep journal

The Sleep Journal lets you track when you go to bed, when you wake up, and any information that helped or hurt your rest.

The journal automatically calculates your sleep duration.

Symptoms journal

Use the Symptoms Journal to track symptoms like fever, nausea, cough, headache, or sore throat over time. You can share this information with your healthcare provider.

Mood journal

The Mood Journal helps you track and understand your mood changes and what may be causing them.

Stress signals include: feeling tired, not sleeping well, changes in appetite, feeling sad or overwhelmed, trouble concentrating, feeling nervous or irritated, and getting headaches or colds.

Journal notes

Journal Notes let you keep track of your health and wellness, with the option to attach files alongside your entries.

To attach a file, select Choose File to upload it to your Journal Notes.
