A day treatment program providing care to clients who have significantly impaired functioning requiring a higher degree and frequency of support than what a Level III Clinic can offer. These individuals have been determined to have the capacity to participate in skills based groups and have had a period of stabilization prior to referring. Program provides psychosocial rehabilitation utilizing a skills building approach. Services provided include:

SUILL: Three phase group based therapy for individuals seeking group work for substance use. Psychiatry consultation also available.
70 years and older with age-related mental health problems. Must be living in the community (private home, lodge, or group home).

Accessing this service has to specify request for psychiatric consultation when seeking one or more of the following:
Referral may be considerd for pesons age 65-69 if requiring psychiatric consultation and also are challenged with age related (geriatric) frailty or diseases (ie: dementia, advanced parkinsons, advanced cardio vascular disease)

In person or virtual education appointments for children and their families with mild to moderate asthma that includes a customized Asthma Action Plan for every patient. A breathing exercise (simple spirometry) for children 6 years of age and older will be scheduled as required.
Children from 2 years to 18 years of age. Children 6 years of age and older may also have a breathing test (simple spirometry) as required.

Individuals with access to group dental plans (e.g. Blue Cross) or having similar coverage (e.g. Child Health Benefit or Dental Assistance for Seniors Program) are not eligible.
