By now, you’re likely using some strategies to help you sleep. You might also wonder what you can do to keep having good sleep. Think about using a Daily Sleep Plan or make up your own plan.
This is the last part of the module. Look at the questionnaires you filled in at the beginning. Download them here and fill them in again. Look to see if the strategies you’ve learned in the module have helped improve your sleep. Also, remember to collect your sleep diaries and review them.
