How can you help?

You can help us by taking part in an anonymous online survey. The survey will take 15 minutes to complete. If you choose to take part, you will be asked some basic demographic questions and then be asked to identify where you would expect to find certain topics within MyHealth.Alberta.ca​.

There are no right or wrong answers for this survey, and your responses will remain anonymous and confidential.
