The journey to quitting is different for everyone.

Maybe you’re not ready or don’t want to quit. If the time isn’t right for you, there are things you can do to make tobacco use or vaping less harmful and lower the health risks for yourself and those around you.

Maybe you’re thinking about quitting or getting ready to quit. Or maybe you’re making a quit plan. Wherever you are in your journey, it helps to understand what you’ve learned about yourself and where you are now so you can keep moving forward.
