You can ask for an interpreter if you don’t speak or read English well or use sign language. They can help you:
For interpreter services, call Health Link at 811 and press 1. Tell them the language you need.
If you have been immunized recently in Alberta through a public health clinic, pharmacy, or doctor’s office, you do not need to upload any immunization records.
All immunizations given in Alberta will be added to your MyHealth Records account within 2 to 3 weeks.
Only submit immunization records if you or your child meets 1 or more of the following criteria and lives in Alberta:
You must upload your official immunization records. The uploaded records must show a first name, last name, date of birth, vaccine name, and date of immunization.
For COVID-19 immunization records, please submit your digital record including the QR code if available.

If you are unable to submit immunization records online, you can bring a copy of your immunization records to a public health or community health centre.
