Use this self-assessment tool to help determine whether you need to be tested for COVID-19. You can complete this assessment for yourself or on behalf of someone else, if they are not able.
If you have already scheduled an appointment for COVID-19 testing, please do not complete the self-assessment again before attending your test appointment. You can change or cancel your appointment up to 6 hours prior to your appointment time.
The COVID-19 test detects if the virus is in your nose or throat. Testing will tell you whether you have COVID-19 at the time of your test, even if you are not showing symptoms.
It is important that you understand what to do while you await your tests results, and what it means if your COVID-19 test is positive or negative.
