Learn ways to help your child walk with their heels down.

Overview

This video series is for parents and caregivers of children who are toe walking and who don’t have an underlying diagnosis. You’ll learn about activities and exercises that you can do to help your child get their heels down when they walk.

You can watch the videos any time at your own speed. You can also stop and return at any time. Watch the videos in order or choose the videos that best suit your needs.
