These 2 webinars are intended for parents and caregivers of children from birth to 10 years. You can choose to register for one or both sessions.

Session: Set balance
Learn how to:
- model balanced and meaningful screen use
- manage screen time in your child’s daily routines and home environment
- monitor amount of screen time and content for balanced screen use
This session is appropriate for all parents and caregivers.

This session builds on the information in the Set balance session.
Learn how to:
- support changes in routine, environment, amount, and content of screen use
- understand and manage big emotions
- get more support and help
This session is intended for parents and caregivers of children who have strong reactions to limitations on screen time, as well as children who have diagnoses such as autism, ADHD, anxiety, and developmental delays.
