You are legally required to immediately isolate. You are recommended to be tested for COVID-19.

ACTION: You are legally required to isolate.

  • If you DO NOT get tested, you must isolate for 10 days from the onset of symptoms AND until symptoms have resolved (whichever is latest).
  • Individuals who are tested, MUST isolate pending their results and should visit for further information regarding the next steps they must take following their test results.
  • If you test positive for a COVID-19 Variant of Concern, and choose to stay in your own home to isolate, your household contacts need to stay at home in quarantine until 14 days have passed from the end of your isolation period (which is 10 days). This means they must quarantine for 24 days.

If your symptoms worsen, call 811.

Call 911 if you are seriously ill and need immediate medical attention. Inform them that you may have COVID-19.

  • Do not visit a hospital, lab or healthcare facility without consulting Health Link (811) first.
  • Don't go to any public places.
  • Stay at home, and don’t have any visitors.
  • Don’t share personal items like dishes, utensils, or towels.
  • Wash your hands often.
  • Avoid close contact with other people, especially those with chronic conditions, a compromised immune system, or seniors (over 65 years of age).

ACTION: Please fill in and submit the following information to proceed with booking a COVID-19 test.


Testing will tell you whether you have COVID-19 at the time of your test, even if you are not showing symptoms. Testing will not tell you whether you have previously had COVID-19. It will also not tell you whether or not you have any immunity to COVID-19.
