This tool uses the current immunization schedule recommended by Alberta Health Services. The schedule provides generally recommended dates for immunizations based on your child's birth date. If your child has missed one or more vaccines, contact your public health or community health centre as soon as possible to get your child caught up. Your child's immunization history, medical history, health status or travel outside of Canada can affect the schedule and the vaccines your child needs. This is the immunization schedule for a child born on January 1, 2022 who is up-to-date on their immunizations. If your child missed one or more immunizations, or you're unsure about their immunization history, please contact your public health or community health centre.If your child has a medical condition or other high-risk factors, they may need more vaccines. Talk to your healthcare provider about what vaccines your child needs.
*Starting at 6 months of age, children are eligible for an annual influenza vaccine October through March.
