Getting Started

Create your MyHealth Records account in 2 steps.

Get a
MyAlberta Digital ID

You need to sign up for a MyAlberta Digital ID to use MyHealth Records.

Once you have a MyAlberta Digital ID, start the process of verifying your MyAlberta Digital ID by confirming your identity with your Alberta Driver’s License or Alberta Identification card.

Confirming your identity is the first step of the identify verification process.

Create your
MyHealth Records account

Go to MyHealth Records and login with your confirmed MyAlberta Digital ID to create your MyHealth Records account. You need your Alberta Personal Health Number.

Make sure to verify your MyAlberta Digital ID within 30 days of your sign up to continue getting up-to-date Alberta lab results, medication, and immunization information in MyHealth Records. This is the final step of the identity verification process.
