Overview
Before you can access MyHealth Records and use the tools, you need an Alberta.ca Account.
If you have a verified Alberta.ca Account, go to Step 2.
Complete the verification process
Make sure you verify your Alberta.ca Account within 90 days of creating it.
Step 2. Sign-in
When your MyHealth Records account is set up, you can sign in any time.
If you need help signing up for MyHealth Records, call MyHealth Records Support at 1-844-401-4016 between 8:15 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (MT), Monday to Friday or ask the MyHealth Records (MHR) Digital Assistant.
The gender shown in your MyHealth Records account is the same as the one shown on your Alberta Personal Health Card. The Government of Alberta is working towards making X an option under gender or sex within MyHealth Records and other government forms and websites.

Alberta Netcare is the Government of Alberta's provincial electronic health record system. It stores health information like your imaging results, prescription history, and lab results.
