Respiratory illnesses such as influenza, COVID-19, and RSV affect the airway and lungs. Vaccines are the best way to protect yourself and the people around you against respiratory illness.
It’s recommended that all Albertans age 6 months and older get the influenza vaccine every year.
It's safe to get the COVID-19 vaccine and influenza vaccine at the same time. These vaccines are given as separate doses, but you may choose to get both at the same appointment.

RSV immunization is available for some people based on age and medical conditions. It may be offered at the same time as influenza or COVID-19 immunization.
Pneumococcal immunization is available for some people based on age and medical conditions. It may be offered at the same time as influenza or COVID-19 immunization.
