What is a webinar?
A webinar is an online class led by a pelvic health physiotherapist. It’s a simple and private way to learn about your body and health. You can watch and listen to the presenter and try the exercises. You can ask questions without anyone seeing you or knowing your name.

How it works:

Register online to save your spot. You’ll be sent a link to join the class.

On the day of the webinar, click the link on any device with internet (phone, tablet, or computer)

Recovery after baby
Have you recently had a baby? Have you noticed changes in your body?
This session is for anyone who wants to learn about regaining their core strength, including pelvic health after childbirth.
Join us in this webinar to learn about:
- how your pelvic floor muscles and tissues support your organs
- changes to your body after having a baby, including:
- tears near the vagina
- leaking pee or poop
- constipation
- pelvic organ prolapse
- separated abdominal muscles
- pregnancy related pelvic pain
- simple exercises and lifestyle tips to help your body recover after childbirth
If it’s been a few weeks or several months since you had your baby, this class can help support your recovery.
