Pediatric Community Rehabilitation
Services are family-centered and goal-driven, with rehabilitation support based on functional goals that are meaningful in daily life. Therapists work alongside parents and caregivers to provide strategies, tools, and supports that can be used within the routines of home and community life. Depending on your child’s age and needs, therapy may look like play-based learning and interaction. Our team works collaboratively with families to support children through developmental stages and transitions between services and providers. Services may be provided by phone, Zoom, or in person, and can include individual or group sessions. We support children and youth with neurodevelopmental and medical conditions. Social Work and Registered Dietitian services are also available to support rehabilitation goals and outcomes.
