Vitamin B6 for Morning Sickness Overview Vitamin B6 can be used to improve nausea and vomiting from morning sickness . There has been no sign of harm to the fetus with vitamin B6 use.footnote 1
A typical dose of vitamin B6 for morning sickness is 10 mg to 25 mg, 3 or 4 times a day.footnote 2
Talk to your doctor or midwife before you take vitamin B6 for morning sickness.
Don't take more than 200 mg a day without talking with your doctor or midwife.
