MyHealth Records has transitioned to MyHealth Alberta Account. In addition to My Personal Records, MyChart, and the Mobile Health Card, there are expanded health and well-being resources available for Albertans.
Can I still use MyHealth Records?
MyHealth Records has automatically transitioned to MyHealth Alberta Account. Access to your health record using My Personal Records and MyChart remains the same, along with additional services and features.
Can I still use the MyHealth Records App?
Existing MyHealth Records App users will see their current app update to MyHealth Alberta Account. Access to your health record using My Personal Records and MyChart remains the same, along with additional services and features.
Can I still use My Personal Records and MyChart to view my health information?
Albertans signed in to a MyHealth Alberta Account can access My Personal Records, MyChart, and additional services to help manage their health and well-being. Your experience using these services remains unchanged.

Who can create a MyHealth Alberta Account?
Albertans 14 years of age or older with a valid Alberta ID or driver’s licence can create an Alberta.ca Account to access their MyHealth Alberta Account.
I am receiving an error that my Personal Health Number is linked to another account
The MyHealth Alberta support team is happy to help you resolve this issue. Please call 1-844-401-4016 and select Option 1 for assistance.
I am unable to see my recent test results
Make sure that both your Alberta.ca Account and your MyHealth Alberta Account are fully verified. You can check your verification status by selecting the down arrow in the top right corner of your MyHealth Alberta Account homepage, then choosing “Verify Your Account”. You can also check your information in MyPersonal Records Profile, you will see a green check indicates your account has been verified.
Verification helps ensure you can view your most up to date health information.
If you are verified and still missing test results, visit the Help Center or call the MyHealth Alberta support team at 1-844-401-4016 and select Option 1 for assistance.

Historical records in the provincial electronic health system may be available online using My Personal Records or MyChart. Learn how to access your records.
If your record does not appear, it is best to speak directly with your health care provider. They can guide you on the most appropriate way to request and access your records.
I am receiving an error that my information does not match when trying to create MyHealth Alberta account
To create or verify your Alberta.ca Account, the information on your driver’s licence or identification card must match the details on your Alberta Health Care card.
If your information is incorrect or outdated, please visit a participating registry agent to update your records before trying again.

I am in search of my Personal Health Number/Alberta Health Care Card
Access your Mobile Health Card through the Alberta Wallet to view your Personal Health Number.
The Mobile Health Card is accessible by web browser or mobile app. You may also view the health cards of your child, spouse/partner, or others who have shared their information with you.
