MyChart is an online tool to access and interact with your AHS and partner for health information and your healthcare team. MyChart empowers you to partner in your care and together with your healthcare team use the features to:

• Prepare for upcoming appointments
• Communicate about ongoing treatment
• Stay up-to-date on test results

You can get a MyChart account if you:

• Are over the age of 14
• Have an Alberta.ca Account

MyChart lets you do a few of the following:

• See personal health information including test results, immunizations and medications
• Manage upcoming appointments or see past appointment summaries
• Securely send and receive messages with some of your healthcare teams
• Provide support to a family member or loved one receiving care
• Have access to trusted health information resources
