How It Is Done
You may have to remove certain jewellery. You will take your top off and be given a gown to wear. You will lie on a bed or table. The heart beats in a regular rhythm, usually between 60 and 100 beats per minute.
The tracing looks normal.
Abnormal:

The heart rhythm is not regular.
The tracing does not look normal.
