The "Sign in" and "Create Account" buttons are now located in the top right corner. This location requires less scrolling and is organized more like other websites.

We redesigned the MyHealth Records tools section to provide you with a brief description of each tool available. If you are interested in learning more about a tool, click the button ‘MyHealth Records Features’ for more details.

You identified that accessing MyHealth Records has been a big challenge for you. To make the instructions more clear, we improved the section under "Get started with creating a MyHealth Records account."
By clicking the "Access MyHealth Records" button, takes you to the "How to Access" tab where you can view the step-by-step videos that are linked in steps 1 and 4.

MyHealth Records Digital Assistant is an automated Chatbot available to answer your most commonly asked questions. It can be found in the bottom right corner of the home page.
Click or tap the Chatbot to begin and select options from the main menu or type in a word or question.
