Problems with tools

How often is new information added to my record?
I don't see all the medicines I take

If you notice you have medicines missing from the Alberta Netcare Prescription Medicines section in the Medicines tool of MyHealth Records:

  • There may be a delay between the time the pharmacy fills your prescription and the time when it appears in your health record. You should see your newest prescriptions if you check back in a few days.
  • Some pharmacies aren't connected to Alberta Netcare, such as pharmacies in hospitals. Check with your pharmacy to see if they are connected to Alberta Netcare.
  • The pharmacy doesn't have your correct name or birthdate on file. Check with your pharmacy to make sure their record is correct. Their record should match the information on your Alberta Personal Health Card.
