The pharmacy, clinic, or lab you visited may take a few days to enter the information into Alberta Netcare.
MyHealth Records checks for new Netcare information each time you log in to your account.
If you notice you have medicines missing from the Alberta Netcare Prescription Medicines section in the Medicines tool of MyHealth Records:
If you think the information in health record is wrong or does not belong to you, report this issue right away to MyHealth Records Support at 1-800-315-6028 between 8:15 a.m. a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (MT) Monday to Friday.
