As you try different treatment options, remember that if something doesn’t work the way you thought it would, think about other options. Talk with your healthcare provider to find what will work for you.
Write down any changes you notice in your symptoms. Are they getting better or staying the same? Pay attention to how you’re feeling during the day and night.
If you use a CPAP machine or other medical device and have problems, such as an uncomfortable mask or bad fit, tell your healthcare provider so they can support you.
