Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) Pathway

Keep taking care of yourself

Living with recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) can make you feel alone and stressed. Recurrent UTIs are not your fault and you are not alone. About 3 out of 10 women who have a UTI will have another.

Taking steps to prevent recurrent UTIs is possible, and your healthcare team is here to support you every step of the way. Many things affect your health and wellness. Work with your healthcare team to decide what is best for you as you take steps to treat and prevent your recurrent UTIs.

You don’t need to do everything all at once. Take realistic and manageable steps in your health and wellness. Consider why making a change may benefit you and the things that matter to you. And if you try something and it isn’t working as expected, try a different strategy.
