The goal of your surgery is to get you back to doing the activities you could before you fractured (broke) your hip. To help you reach that goal, your healthcare team will get you moving around as soon as possible after surgery. They will help you, but the more active you are and the more often you do your exercises, the sooner you’ll be ready to go home.
Your healthcare team will tell you if you need follow-up physiotherapy appointments.
