Intermittent Self-Catheterization (Female)

Log sheet

Here is an example of a log sheet that you can use to keep track of your urine (pee) output. You can use this for many days. Fill in the date on the left. Then fill in the time, how much urine you got on your own, and how much urine you got using the catheter.

You can download and print this log sheet or copy the columns to make your own log sheet. There are also many apps that can help you keep track of your output.
