What you will learn in this learning module:
This sleep module is made up of 8 parts. It's a good idea to do 1 part each week. Make sure you do all the homework. While you work through the module, it helps if you have support from a family member, friend, or healthcare provider. If it's hard for you to work on the computer, try turning down the brightness on the monitor or taking short breaks to rest your eyes.
Sometimes it's hard to know if you've made progress. That's why we have questionnaires at the beginning and at the end of the module. You (or your healthcare provider) can look at the questionnaires to see if your sleep is better. You'll also keep track of your sleep with daily sleep diaries to see if there are any changes. If you track your headaches with headache diaries, you can see if your improved sleep helps your headaches too.
This online sleep workshop was developed based on input from people like you. Many people asked for online opportunities as another way to learn. Hopefully this module will make it easier for you to get information and support for your sleep issues and help you manage your headaches.
