Gwen's Story talks about her journey to a better quality of life. Journey can mean different things to different people. In this module we use journey to refer to the path you’re on to improving your health. It’s not about the end point or destination. She describes what got her motivated to get healthier. For her it was her grandchildren and being able to ride her all-terrain vehicle (ATV).
